Although sites like Omegle are quite popular, I wouldn’t recommend using them as a solution to meet locals for nsa encounters. Simply because finding someone in your area is going to be difficult enough. These sites randomly connect you to someone without taking into consideration your location or theirs. If you do happen to come across someone from your town and of the opposite sex that does interest you you can try to engage them in a conversation and hopefully they’ll be interested in the same thing you are. The odds are stacked against you but it doesn’t necessarily mean that it can’t work. If you spend enough time browsing and looking for locals you might actually succeed in adding someone on Facebook or getting their phone number to get things started.
What you probably want to do is try an adult dating site that has video chatting as one of their options to connect you with other members. In this case, you can find members that are local, online and looking for the same thing you are. Your chances of accomplishing what you set out to do are much higher than if you randomly chat with strangers on chat roulette sites.
I’m not saying it’s impossible to meet someone for a casual encounter on a chat roulette site, all I’m saying is that you’re taking a much longer road to reaching your destination.
