Blendr Is definitely what it used to be. While it is a useful tool for quick hookups, the last few years it has fallen behind its competitors. Still it is much better than Tinder, which has become a complete garbage hole in my opinion, and it will give you some chances to find your hookups but there are much better apps out there that will get the job done much faster.
In conclusion, I would rate Blendr as average and nothing more.

Blendr’s a pretty nice little tool if you’re looking for some quick action. I still prefer Tinder though. I’ve got both of them installed on my phone. You need to really spend a lot of time on these apps though before you actually succeed in meeting someone.
